Process Improvement Explorer
Original-style process maps with an AI/automation improvement layer. Toggle current vs. improved, then click any step to open a working AI tool — draft a vacancy, translate it, reconcile payroll, run a QA check — and run it live on demo data.

- Automation potential
- The estimated share of a task's effort that shifts off a human with today's technology. It is a technical ceiling, not a headcount saving.
- Five workforces
- Each task is assigned to the one force best suited to do it: Agentic AI, RPA, Generative AI, Augmented Human, or Human.
- Waves (H1 / H2)
- Sequencing of the roadmap. H1 = quick wins (low effort, or medium effort with high value). H2 = higher-effort or integration-heavy work that follows.
- Control gaps
- Steps where a risk exists today with no control in place. The improvement layer shows how automation can close them.
- Live AI tools
- In the Explorer, each non-human step opens a real, runnable tool that performs that step's work on synthetic demo data — so you can see the automation, not just read about it.
DIRECTIONAL. All data in this suite is synthetic and illustrative.
The figures are estimates to frame a conversation — not a validated headcount
business case. Turning them into euros and FTE requires real task volumes,
cycle times, headcount by role and the current tech stack.
